    I agree TK....

     

    I made a Techno Wizards from Rifts like this....

     

    Skills: Computer programing, Eletronics, Forgery, SS; Robotics, Mechanics, Security systems, KS; Electronics, KS; Robotics, PS; Robotics, Security systems, and System opperations.

     

    I am sure you could add to those or subtract as you wished.

     

    Powers: Control machines (TK), Cumunicate with computers (telepathy), Reprogram (transformation), Overide (mind control)... All with only vs. machines limitations, and other limitations that would work for you..

     

    Good luck :thumbup: with your character...

    ONE BOOK! How many other systems out there where you only need one book. Hero is the only one that comes to mind. (Besides old school Boot Hill system which is really fun. Fast character gen. but fast deaths.)

     

    Not to mention, I have played all styles of heros. From to Jedi's to Transformers. There is nothing you can't do "IF" you have enough points that is.

    Sounds like the Star Wars novels about how the Emporor would transfer essence into a clone of himself.

     

    But kinda piggy backing off of rjcurrie's idea. I would do a:

     

    Clairsentience; 20pts, for base power (sight), +5 pts. for hearing, +20 pts. for Retrocognition. retrocognition -1 only; Only memory of former self/ last life. -1; maybe even uncontrolled +1/2... I think that would be interesting.

     

    That's my oppinion.

  4. How could you build something like a boomerang, or Cap's shield? How in the rules could you get it to return to you after it strikes in the same phase? with out having to go pick it up everytime? Just say that is what happens?

    "There are a couple of ways I can think of offhand; post on the "Discussion" board and you may get other ideas:

     

    1. Buy one Combat Skill Level with the weapon and always use that CSL to Bounce the weapon back into your hand (see Champions, page 153).

     

    2. Don't buy the weapon as a Focus, but using some other Limitation (Restrainable or Physical Manifestation might do the trick). That way it always returns to the hand since there's nothing to "take away." See, e.g., the Returning Throwing Weapon on page 36 of Gadgets And Gear."
