Amorkca,
Thanks for the comments.
Good spot about "selective fire" on Mercury's running punch manoevre. I'm even thinking of making the running punch have two components - one for the strength (which he could then use to do running grabs and drop off civilians) and one for the hand attacks.
If you look carefully, Mighty Girl has 2 levels of striking appearance naturally (appearing under talents) and 2 more (just v men) in the 'powers' section as this is part of her superpower group.

And here is the final member of the core Sentinels team, Mighty Girl. She is a brick with the added power of living hair and also happens to have a history PhD.
Particular thanks to Deadman for his Locks/Crimson Lake character. Unlike his character I represented the living hair with a fair level of strength and a power pool to provide a range of special feats, although I did copy one power which I liked.
How many female bricks are out there? Obviously the inspiration for the living hair component are a bit more limited.

Sentinel 8 is Mercury. He is a detective with the Met who acquired powers in an industrial accident. Unsurprisingly with a name like Mercury he is a speedster (in my campaign settings the Roman gods were actually the Greek 'gods', so he isn't in danger of a visit/hunted from a very powerful entitiy!)

Thank you for the comments to date. I am reading and updating the characters. Indeed some of the later characters presented are reflecting the comments and also, the "oh, yeah" moments that they help generate.
My intention is, when finished, to put the two teams into the download section.

So here is a question on Super Team package deals
:
They are often provided to the character after the character has been designed etc. and often after a few adventures have been played. Assuming that the GM has gone down the root of "have this stuff for free, but get these complications oh and the bad guys are getting these extra points too", how does everybody deal with duplication? Examples are techie based heroes already having radios, some heroes may already have existing skills, bases, access to certain individuals and others, especially existing state sponsored heroes, will have pre-existing complications.
Here are my thoughts:
The player keeps the points for perks, powers, skills etc., but they must be re-spent as close as possible to the original intent. So this means higher skill levels and similar perks. Where perks can't be bought out then they should be spent on contacts etc. associated with team membership.
Radio's etc. are complicated. Suggest the player uses the points for a computer support, or add extra points to this where applicable or perhaps another sensor power.
Complications are complicated :-). Existing levels could be made higher. The player may have some zero level complications that can now be bought out.

Sentinel 7 is Nebula. She is a 6'6" tall blue skinned extra-terrestrial energy projector, with a penchant for killer heels and risky fashion. Fortunately, she can shape shift into a human secret identity.
Nebula was one of my first Champions characters and, showing I was always a Marvel reader and somewhat ignorance of DC characters, she was originally called “Starfire”. When someone showed me a relevant comic, I went hunting for a new, stellar related, name. Yes, there is another character called Nebula and she even has blue skin, but at least she isn’t an energy projector. J

Welcome to deviantart. You may find you have your first watcher, who has a very familiar avatar :-)
What an excellent suggestion. Done! Although don't expect live coverage from the UK, unless I have a very serious case of insomnia or happen to be getting up early for a flight!

Other Brit speak available on request :-)
eg Brit says "That is very interesting" Non-Brit thinks "He is impressed" Brit means: "It is complete nonsense"
When I'm at meetings with international colleagues and doing a presentation, I always include a couple of slides of them - they usually get a good laugh.
The deviantart link is here http://championsonlineart.deviantart.com/
Very impressive setting and thanks for sharing it. Perhaps you should put a link to it in your signature block?
I like Locks and the approach of using martial arts. My character emphasises the strength and special attacks/powers approach instead. I should be posting her (Mighty Girl) in a few days.

Next Up is Sentinel 6. Hornet is a journalist whose mutant powers have revealed the ability to be really small, when he is a flying energy projector, or really large, where he is a straightforward titan. Resemblance to other stinging insects is of course unintentional...

Deadman,
These are really rather not bad (Brit speak: "very good")
Have you thought about putting them on DeviantArt or equivalent site? The former even has a Champions Group to show them off in ( You might even find some images of heroes that look as if they have similar names to my submissions here :-)
Out of interest did you produce a character for "Locks"? I'm wondering because if I guess she has living/prehensile hair, one of the Sentinels also has the power and it would be interesting to see how they compare (i.e. I'll like to steal any ideas you've had that I haven't! And vice versa of course!)

Anything in particular, part from the particular suggestion above?
Having another look at British Lion, I think I would reduce the "combat leader" power (either reduce dice or take the loss rate back down to 5 pts/turn) to get some additional running, swimming, TF: SCUBA (he is SBS after all) and then some of the skills inc that above.

And this is Sentinel 5. Persinette is a French sorceress, who has come to the UK to fight a terrible evil.
Edit:
For fairy tale buffs, Persinette is the French equivalent/predecessor of Rapunzel. For this gaming universe, with her curse (her hair grows at least 6' every day), Persinette's ancestor was the original basis of the story.

And now Sentinel 4: British Lion, a UK Special Forces officer turned super soldier, equipped with pair of high tech gauntlets ("The Lion's Claws") and a utility belt.
PaladinAg
Edit 1: Sorry there should also have been a hat tip to Legendsmith for his version of Captain America and the "Combat Leader" power.
Edit 2: Why "British Lion"? Well, the Lion appears in the heraldry of all 4 constituents of the UK (including Wales, which most people associate with the Dragon) and sticking a big Union Jack on his chest would be, frankly, very un-British!

Hyper Man - good point.
Tasha - I've used the Ultimate v1.5.4 character sheet in blue.

OK. No comments on Sentinel 2. Here is Sentinel 3.
Valkyrie is a sword warrior of Asgard, an extra dimensional realm inhabited by immortals, sent to Earth, to help fight against the evil of WOTAN (my variety of ex-NSDAP with access to super technology and the desire for world domination). She, or course, bears no resemblance to any of the other immortal sword wielding ladies that appear in the various Marvel and DC comics; no, none at all...
OK, maybe a little bit, and maybe Hyperman's Diana helped sort some of my thinking as well...

As promised, next up is Storm Front. A mutant with weather powers.
This wasn't planned as a Storm type character, but originally as a more conventional energy projector, but I tweaked her to give a difference from another character coming up later. I originally aimed at a elemental control character, but the weather powers seemed more interesting at the time.

(
ObscureVery Obscure TV reference)Fixed that for you.
You tell me!
Ahem..
I'll be putting up the other 8 members of the Sentinels (All 450 pt 6E) and the 7 members of the Sentinels Legion (400 pt 6E) in due course.

Yeah I know. Some of these were very helpful (hat tip Hyperman in particular) in getting me to think how to portray certain powers or capabilities.

Shouldn't a lot of SuperGirl's other abilities (notably those above normal characteristics and the damage resistance) also have the -1/4 Green Kryptonite/Red Sun modifier? She could then get the DR ED up to same level as the PD, as well as purchasing some of the other powers we expect her to have and push her characteristics up

Having treated myself to Hero Designer (hey, I'm worth it!) over the Christmas break, I've started putting my "Sentinels" team into it. The Sentinels are the premier UK superhero team...
First up is the "Silver Paladin" who you may have seen previously. He is pretty much my version of Iron Man, with five different sets of armour (I've portrayed this as "Multiform" which is the way this is done in the Champions 6E source book) and a computer follower called NIKE
Comments welcome.

"When I was a Lad": Eidetic Memory or Retro-cognition
Assuming he is one of the Monty Python's four Yorkshiremen:
"You had it lucky!": Damage Resistance (Physical Resistant) 75%, Life Support (no food or sleep), Regeneration (with or without Resurrection)

Actually it's pretty easy if you know someone with access to MS Word as you just have to cut and paste into the document and PDF output is one of the standard options.

As to complex builds, "fun" is also designing starships for TNE, including all the weapons and ordnance (including that of the embarked marines) from scratch. One character is easy...
-
The idea is that once the character gets stuck in the player would not want to change between modes unless there is a real need. Perhaps if I made the multiform take longer to effect (a turn, a minute?), i.e. long enough to be an out of combat event or if it is a change that is needed, the character is unavailable for the duration.
Within each mode, the character is a pretty standard power armour type with a small gadget pool, which shouldn't be that challenging to play/referee. The character has the same set of flaws (a big dependence on unified power modifier so very vulnerable to drains, even with some power defence plus very limited defence against mental powers, plus the "overconfident"). Each mode has its limits either in terms of firepower, senses or manoeuvrability.
The "Chevalier" mode is a bit different but in any case, it would be unreasonable for any GM not to ask for a series of standard set ups before hand to avoid lots of time leafing through books (electronic or otherwise).
The Sentinels
in Champions

OK. Here is something a bit different. When the Sentinels formally become a team, they gain a package, including skills, perks, a base, an AI and a vehicle.
Base and Vehicle templates for HD from the download section.
