Spider Demon

Question

I am adapting a few constructs from the 6e Bestiary for a FH campaign. Hoping you can clear a couple things up for me. The Spider Demon on pg 86 has:

25 Webs: Entangle 5d6, 5 PD/5 ED, Takes No Damage From Attacks (Acidic Webs effect only; +¼); Vulnerable (fire; -1), 8 Charges (-½) [8 END]
24 Acidic Webs: RKA 1d6 NND (defense is Power Defense or a “Wizard’s Shield” spell; +½), Does BODY (+1), Constant (+½), Reduced Endurance (0 END; +½), Uncontrolled (lasts as long as victim remains Entangled in the Webs; +½); Linked (to Entangle; -½), 8 Charges (-½) [8 END]

My questions:
1. Why does Webs cost 8 END when it has charges?
2. Why does Acidic Webs cost 8 END since it has charges or alternatively since it has paid for 0 END (+1/2)?
3. Assuming that the constructs are legal as built, if I wanted to add an additional time factor to the RKA, could Time Limit: 1 Minute be added or would it just be another condition on the Uncontrolled?

Thanks!

1-2. It doesn't cost 8 END, it has 8 Charges. On any character sheet published for 5E or 6E, and for that matter I think earlier, a plain number in the END column indicates an END cost, while a number in [brackets] indicates a number of Charges.

3. I'd say just add it to Uncontrolled for the sake of simplicity.
