I have an EB that hits the target, this EB then seeds the target allowing my character to do special effects, such as a Stun Drain. My thought is that once hit by the EB, he shouldn't have to hit again as he's been "tagged", the Power Drain should just require a Skill Roll to take effect. However, I'm unsure as how to build this. Chris Goodwin Posted December 11, 2003 Report Share Posted December 11, 2003 It's gonna be expensive, but you'll get a bonus in the multiple power attack rules. Build your basic "tag" power. If Power B has any delay time, build it in as Extra Time. If you're throwing a multiple power attack, you only roll to hit once with the entire bunch. But the next active phase, if it is continuous, you're done right? It doesn't normally cost you an action on that phase for Power B to have effect, does it?
