I mean something similar to the ulimate limitations list, that would catalog the various SS, KS, and PS that people have come up with. Cain's list of Background Skills, giving names and brief descriptions of the various Skills, often with links to related topics: http://fcain.tripod.com/h5skills/background_00.html He's recently updated his list to be 5E compatible.
