Combat Expert (170) The Actor (20) The (Ex-)Criminal (15) The Weapon Specialist (30) Blade Fighting (Fencing) (30) Nanofibers Suit (Fencing outfit/various Victorian style dresses) (30) Neural Static Frequency Wall (looks like various hair ornaments or ribbons or earrings) (10) Sword, Light (15) Sword, Light (5) Taser Gloves (50) Spring Boots (10) Earpieces (usually disguise as earrings) (10) Monoline Slinger (60) Safe House (15) Complications Driving Goal (get protental lover to notice her) (10) Driving Goal (get rich by stealing things related to romance) (10) The Fugitive (all except for the Psychological Complication) (25) Honor Code (Code of the Gentlewoman Thief) (15) The villain is still a transgender woman, and her goles are to attract her crush and surround herself with objects of romance. Genius (170) The Educator (15) The Expert (option 2: 10) The (Ex-)Criminal (15) The Hacker (25) The Socialite (20) Gadget Pool (uses gizmos based on whatever book she based her crime after. 65) Executive Armor (20) Neural Static Frequency Wall (10) Nightstick ("Heavy Book" 20) Nightstick (5) Throwing Stars ("Ultimate Paper Cut" 30) Wrist Darts (50) Grapell Gun (5) The Hero Cavern ("The Secret Library" 20) Complications Arrogant (20) Driving Goal (Stealing Books and things related with famous books: 10) The Fugitive (all but Psychological Complications: 25) Penelope Ann Dreadful, as she insists her real name is, is a thief obsessed with books. She is a good friend of Tenderheart (they met when they both wanted to steal a batch of Hero-quin romance novels). Penny knows Tenderheart's secret but won't tattle on her criminal bestie.
