Simon Posted September 1, 2023 Report Share Posted September 1, 2023 Sounds like you’re running HD from a directory that you/Java do not have full access to (I.e. protected by windows UAC). Preferences (as well as a lot of other settings and info) will be maintained between sessions so long as the app is able to create and write files in its directory. I think I did what you said, but it could also have been I kept quitting the launcher rather than choosing Exit from Designer's File menu. Thanks.
