Monster Question 2

I have a player that wants to use Duplication to build what amounts to a centaur. The character's upper and lower torso's would be the "duplicates". They're aren't seperate indentandly acting body parts, such as hydra's heads. This seems to over extending the power since a great deal of things would have to be handwaved. More than I am comfortable with for what seems to be an abusive construct.

 

BTW:I did suggest the knockback thing posed in the first "monster question" thread, but more to illustrate some of the ridiculous situations this construct would bring up.

I agree that using Duplication to create a centaur is a bit of a stretch (to put it mildly). I'd never allow it in my own games. But each GM has his own "tolerance threshold."
