Kristopher Posted February 16, 2004 Report Share Posted February 16, 2004 If the SFX of the Invisibility involves directly affecting the senses or minds of other characters, I wouldn't allow it. Again, the SFX of most Invisibility doesn't in any way "block the PER of the target" or otherwise directly affect the target. The SFX affects the environment. IMO, that's a big difference. "Clouds Men's Minds" and the "vampiric area-effect don't notice me field" are, IMO, immediately subject to some kind of counter by EGO roll or Mental Defense or something.
