Important Note:You can never Abort to any maneuver which does damage or is in any way aggressive, which includes any maneuver with the Disarm or Throw Elements. Therefore, you may only build Abort into Blocks, Dodges, and Escapes ...
Unless this is a Dodge that you can't abort to, it sounds like you can't add Target Falls into such a maneuver.
