Am I missing something here?
or are you somehow misnoting the number of CSL's needed to counteract the -2 OCV/ additional sweeping attack?
Or has the value for teh penalty changed?
What would you judge a decent limitation value for PSL's "only to counteract Sweep penalties for 2+WC"?
