Under entangle there is a limitation for fixed results (away from my book right now, so I probably have the name wrong, it is the one for hands or feet only).
My question is this: If a character can effect either the hands or the feet but is not limited to it (so on one phase he can target the arms, the next he could go for the legs) would this be the normal -1 limitation, or is this something that has not been covered yet?

My gut says to call it a -1/2 lim...
