With 4 shots of rapid fire he pretty much covers the map targeting hexes. I haven't seen anything prohibiting this, but something about it seems wrong. Steve Long Posted March 22, 2004 Report Share Posted March 22, 2004 Well, first and foremost, the GM sets the rules for his own game, so regardless of what the rulebook does (or does not) say, if he declares that something's legal in his campaign, it's legal. Of course, whether that makes it sensible or fair is another matter altogether.
