Clarification: UOO/UAA

Is this also required for UAA?

 

If I apply UAA to Teleportation, do I have to touch the rock to teleport it?

Yes, UAA powers are automatically No Range. When the rules refer to Usable On Others, they're referring to all implementations of the UOO Advantage. UBO, USimul, and UAA are all aspects of that, and rules that reference UOO apply to all three.
