Let's say that Character A uses a cumulative Dispel (Magic) on Character B's magical Force Field. However, Character A is not able to turn Character B's power off with that one shot. He'll need to hit it again.
Now it's Character B's turn, in which he turns his force field off and then back on again, both as zero-phase actions.
Since Character B reset his power, what happens to the Dispel "damage" that Character A did? Is it gone? Is it still there?
