Linked Limitation

Just checking something. Yes or no question:

 

A character has + 20 PD Linked to 60 pts of Growth (12 lvls). If he gains the PD in a proportional way (+5 PD for every 15 pts of Growth) the Linked Limitation should be (-½), yes?

 

P.S.: please answer by yes or no. I'm checking something for TUB, and something is happening so often that I think I am missing something in the rules, so a page reference would not be helpful. Sorry!

Yes, it should be -1/2. The proportionality isn't the issue; that's inherent in the way Linked works (see 5E 196). It's because the PD costs fewer Active Points than the Growth.
