Ok, dumb question time and I apologize in advance. I looked through FReD and couldn't find an answer (including Multiple Power Attack, Compound Powers in the FAQ, as well as under Energy Blast and Hand Attacks).
1) If a PC has an EB, defined as a mystical weapon created out of energy, can this EB be automatically added to the PC's HtH to create a single attack?
2) If so, where would I find the rules regarding such a combined attack?
3) If not, is there an Advantage one could buy to make such an attack?
4) Doesn it matter if the EB is defined as Energy or Physical?
5) What if the EB was bought in a MP slot? Buying it in a framework doesn't change the rule, does it? I don't think so, but I'd like to know for sure. In any event, if a HtH attack sharing a slot with an EB, the damage would be applied to the tagets defenses separately, right?
It seems to me if EBs & HtH attacks can be combined so easily, that we'd see more of it. Glancing through CKC, and other source books, I don't see it, which makes me suspect it all the more.
