Steve Long Posted March 19, 2003 Report Share Posted March 19, 2003 No. That would be extremely unbalancing, and probably violate the guideline against normally not allowing characters to have more than one NND (see 5E 171 for discussion). It would be more balanced to have a VPP, Only For NNDs (-1 1/2), No Conscious Control (-1) – but even that should require careful GM review and evaluation.
