I'm playing with a character on HD for my campaign tonight and I decided to give him "Longshot" level luck powers ... so when I added DCV & Luck (as well as a few other powers) into a EC: Luck Control, I was told that I shouldn't do this w/o GM permission. Mind you, I am the GM and I could just say "I'll allow it", but I can't seem to find any reference to this anywhere in FRED or the FAQ. Is this an illegal point spread? I have them costing END to activate ...
