Below, you note "See the Rules FAQ under "MegaScale" for the official rules." in advising whether a floating location needs the Megascale advantage to be used with a Megascale power.

 

I probably just missed it, but my scan of the discussion of Megascale under Advantages didn't find it. Can you please provide more detailed directions?

No, I can't; I'm at Origins. It's right there under "MegaScale," in one of the first couple of questions, IIRC.
