RSR and Char rolls...

While reading on the boards someone pointed out something that I thoughjt I should ask you about:

 

With "Require A Skill Roll", when you buy a power that is activated by a Skill, the level of Skill doens't influence the level of the limitation. But if you buy the limitation based on a CHAR Roll, the level of the CHAR infuences the value of the limitation. Yet you can buy level with CHAR rolls (2 point Skill Levels).

 

So, can you apply Skill Levels to the CHAR Roll for RSR?

Yes, a character can apply appropriate Skill Levels to a Skill Roll made for a power with the Requires A Skill Roll Limitation.
