Eodin
Steve, I tried a search in the FAQ and this site, but didn't find my answer, so... As I understand it, if a character has a maneuver bought as HA, he can use the HA without using his STR (or essentially using 0 STR). Are there any standard limitations for (1) HA must be used with full STR (2) HA damage is proportional to STR used If not, any thoughts on what those should be (-0, -1/2, etc.)
Steve Long
Re: HA and STR You're misunderstanding -- per 5E 119, HA dice only work if they add to the character's STR. A character can't use them on their own. If you've read something that you think indicates they can, please send me an e-mail at SteveL@herogames.com so that I can make note of it and make sure to clarify the matter as appropriate. Thanx!
