Steve Long Posted April 5, 2003 Report Share Posted April 5, 2003 No, he has to take the standard Action required to activate it. Otherwise the Limitation becomes an Advantage. Assuming the GM’s even willing to allow someone to have an Always On FW, he should probably require the character to apply Trigger so the FW “springs†back to life right after it’s dropped.
