How does that Q&A not answer your question? If you activate a Charge' date=' you get all the END. If you don't use it that Phase, the unused portion vanishes. If you want to use the Reserve again, you have to activate another Charge. That brings us back to the first part of the circle: if you activate a Charge, you get all the END... and so on from there.[/quote']

I think his problem is that it seems like a back door way of getting 100% recovery of an End Reserve for free. Examples:

 

50 End, 10 Rec 15 points.

50 End 16 charges 5 points.

50 End 64 charges 7 points.

50 End 250 charges 10 points.

 

You end up with an End Reserve that can legally, thanks to the FAQ, go to 250 uses for less cost than one which requires 5 recoveries to rejuvenate.
