SleepyDrug
Steve, we have been around and around on this. so now I turn to the master for an official answer for a Beast Boy style metamorph 60 pt Variable Power Pool, Zero Phase Shift (+ 1), No Skill Roll (+ 1), Multi-Form Only (- 1) 60 pool cost, 45 control cost is that legal? or a cheap way to avoid the restriction on number of forms? Steve Long
Re: Shape Shfit Debate The power construct you're describing doesn't violate any rules, but it's a poor way to simulate the sort of character you're describing -- not only do many of the forms such a character could change into have more abilities than one could build with a 60-point VPP, they may have Power Frameworks, Special Powers, or other abilities that cannot legally be built with a VPP at all. Multiform avoids these problems; it's what I use to create such characters for publication.

Steve,
we have been around and around on this. so now I turn to the master for an official answer for a Beast Boy style metamorph
60 pt Variable Power Pool, Zero Phase Shift (+ 1), No Skill Roll (+ 1), Multi-Form Only (- 1)
60 pool cost, 45 control cost
is that legal? or a cheap way to avoid the restriction on number of forms?
