Steve Long
Re: Moving Continuous AE Powers (follow-up) I'm sorry, but I can't do that. Once we make something available in a book or in some other form that we sell, we can't provide copies of that information -- even summarized portions -- for free. The whole point of being in business is to try to make a profit by selling that information. If we make an exception, even for a good reason, then we run the risk of inflicting harm on ourselves -- there's not much reason for someone to buy a book if we'll provide the contents for free. Once the book's available in your local store, or if you acquire a copy through an online retailer or other means, please post a follow-up if it doesn't answer your question.
