If a character has a Vulnerability to Drains and Transfers, and is hit with a Transfer, does the attacker gain additional points from the Vulnerability?
Example: Siphon, The Lamprey Who Walks Like A Man (ew!) hits Magnaboy (who has a Vulnerability to Drains and Transfers, 2xEffect), with his This Really Sucks attack, a 5d6 Transfer of STR to STR with Standard Effect. This means 15 points of STR 'damage' base, doubled to 30 points by Magnaboy's Vulnerability. Magnaboy loses 30 STR, but does Siphon gain 15 STR, or 30 STR?
