If a character has the 15 point Filthy Rich perk, what can they actually buy? I know that it is "unlimited income", but would you allow people to buy anything that they would be able to buy in the market (including technology companies to develop technology, military weapons on the black market, etc)? If so, is 15 points a bit cheap for such a *huge* advantage?
