Group Gadget Pool?

I was watching MIB II the other day and the scene where J and K arm themselves before going to retake headquarters got me thinking. Is there any rule against a "group gadget pool" of common equipment that they could only change at the base. If so, would it be built as a shared power or as part of the base?

There's no rule that specifically allows that sort of thing, though not necessarily any rule specifically against it, either. I suspect most GMs would be very leery of such a thing, and with good reason.
