That gives it a Powers/Skills cost of 190. Total character cost is then 385, or 395 if it's supposed to have a 4 SPD. Later they learn the dragons had been re-created by magic from the bones of long dead ??? found in the nearby forests. I think you dropped a word here. Creatures, maybe? No matter how I try, I get 23 points for the Spikes. 20 x 3.5 = 70 / 3 = 23. I think you dropped a word here. Creatures, maybe? Yeah, added "creatures."
