Steve Long Posted May 1, 2003 Report Share Posted May 1, 2003 He can use them, because he's involved in the type of combat -- HTH -- to which the CSLs apply. He couldn't use them to improve his DCV if someone were shooting arrows at him, though; that's Ranged Combat, to which his CSLs don't apply.
