I know that you can make yourself the center of a Darkness field. If Darkness is bought with Usable as an Attack can you make someone else the center of a Darkness field, so that it will follow them where every they go?
I'm trying to create a power called Sticks and Stones. It is supposed to make my PC immune to all powers that require Incantations.
