Flying Dodge

Now i know hos this maneuver works thanks to the faq, and it is one of my fav for my speedster.

 

Then only problem is i cannot find a description anywhere, i thoughtthe ultimate martial artist would have a description but i cannot find it??

 

am i blind or just checking the wrong book?

It's in the maneuver list on page 9 of UMA. It doesn't have any specific textual description there; it's just one maneuver listed among many. There's some text discussing it in the forthcoming HERO System Combat Handbook, but that's taken from the Rules FAQ that you're already aware of.
