Innate combat skills

In the process of doing a teenager or young adult character who has not had extensive life experince, but whom nonetheless I wish to have some substantial combat-focused skills (such as Acrobatics, Breakfall, All Combat CSLs, Combat Driving/Piloting, Defense Maneuver, Stealth), I've thought a possible good solution might be to set them as Powers SFX-related to exceptional Dex aptitude, superhuman senses and reaction times, etc.

 

To put these into limitation terms, I've thought of "Does Not Work If Two Or More of Character's Sense Groups are Flashed or Otherwise "Blocked" (-1/4) and "Does Not Work if DEX or SPD are Drained or Suppressed below Normal Characteristic Maxima" (-1/4) as possible options. Any other ideas ?

"Does Not Work If Two Or More of Character's Sense Groups are Flashed or Otherwise Blocked" seems like a -0 to me.

 

Funny, this was the one I felt more confident to use, since I copied it from a USPD power construct: "Attack Tracking", + 4 DCV, "Does Not Work If Two Or More of Character's Sense Groups are Flashed or Otherwise Blocked" (-1/4), from the Hypersense SFX Chapter, pp. 105-106. If you can't even trust USPD for reference :(

Combat Awareness I: (Total: 42 Active Cost, 28 Real Cost) +4 with All Combat (32 Active Points); Does Not Work if DEX or SPD are Drained or Suppressed Below Starting Values (-1/2) (Real Cost: 21) plus Defense Maneuver I-IV (10 Active Points); Does Not Work if DEX or SPD are Drained or Suppressed Below Starting Values (-1/2) (Real Cost: 7)

 

Combat Awareness II: (Total: 9 Active Cost, 6 Real Cost) Acrobatics 15- (3 Active Points); Does Not Work if DEX or SPD are Drained or Suppressed Below Starting Values (-1/2) (Real Cost: 2) plus Breakfall 15- (3 Active Points); Does Not Work if DEX or SPD are Drained or Suppressed Below Starting Values (-1/2) (Real Cost: 2) plus Stealth 15- (3 Active Points); Does Not Work if DEX or SPD are Drained or Suppressed Below Starting Values (-1/2) (Real Cost: 2)

 

DEX 30

SPD 6

+1 SPD, Costs Endurance
