Steve Long Posted May 22, 2003 Report Share Posted May 22, 2003 Yes and no. Mind Control requires that the character have some way to communicate orders to the target. If he can do so telepathically, then he could do that through a Mind Scan lock-on. But depending on the situation, he might also be able to shout the order loud enough for the target to hear, or communicate it to him via radio, hand signals, or some other manner.
