Q: What happens if a character Dispels or Suppresses a granted power on the recipient? On the grantor?
A: If the recipient’s power is Dispelled/Supressed, it affects only him. If the grantor’s power to grant the power is Dispelled/Suppressed, any current recipients of that power lose it.
What would be the limitation on a power UBO that is drained/suppressed when ANY of the recipient is drained/suppressed. I presume it would be -1/4.
