If the GM wanted to allow them for some other actions, such as movement, he certainly could, but he’d have to make sure that the penalties involved were appropriate and genuinely affected the character. Under no circumstances could a character Hipshot/Hurry to take a Recovery, though, as the rules for taking Recoveries make clear. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
