I reread a post you'd written when I'd asked how to build a True Strike model a while back, and if I could "add OCV". You said I couldn't because OCV is a figured characteristic, so I have to add the real bits to the figured bits. Got that far. Where I got stuck is in Fantasy HERO.
You included a build for Missile Deflection and the description says "+6 OCV" - but I can't figure out where the +6 OCV came from. Did you AID Dex? Add CSLs? It's exactly what I wanted to do, but I have no idea how you did it.
