It seems to be Side Effect occurs automatically and Side Effect only affects the environment. But if it's a Minor Side Effect it should be -0 (-1/4, reduced by 1/4, x2). And if it's a Major Side Effect it should be -1/2 (-1/2, reduced by 1/4, x2). Am I missing a step in the calculations or is this an error in the example?
