Q: Are CSLs bought as Powers considered to be Constant or Instant?
REF: Blink Teleport (USDB pg 230) is listed as Constant.
Currently, HD does not allow the use of Continuous Charges with CSLs bought as Powers, and does not allow the application of the Continuous Advantage to circumvent this.
Dan has indicated that he will unlock the Continuous Advantage for CSLs in the next release, but Im still of the mind that CSLs bought as Powers are already Constant in that they persist in the Segments between a characters Phases.
