Hope you're feeling better, saw the board post. Today's discussion is on the nature of Teleport as a movement and whether or not it can be made Continuous. The text in the rules states, roughly:
Continuous (+1) can be applied to any Instant Power (even those which are not attack powers) and that no additional attack rolls need to be made on subsequent turns.
A cool way to model a Flamethrower. In the discussion on the board one of the posters wants to make TP Continuous; my interpretation of the rule is that because TP never uses an attack roll of any kind, and the nature of the SFX is that you pop from here to there effectively instantly, that you cannot apply Continuous to Teleport (not the least of which is because you wouldn't have a valid target anymore once the first one hit anyway). Am I right? Wrong? Missing something?
