END Reserve, HA power, and Surprise Maneuver, OH MY!

3 unrelated questions:

 

1. Can a character Push a power that draws it's END from and END Reserve?

 

2. Are HA levels supposed to be added to squeezind damage from a Grab & Squeeze? In TUB (p.61), the Python's Grip power is built with HA "Only To Add To Squeeze Damage", which prompted this question.

 

3. If a character successfully executed a "Surprise Maneuver", but did so while having been reduced to 0 OCV (Non-Combat Movement, or some similar reason), does the bonus to OCV get added after the reduction or before.

 

About #3: I know that every other time some similar question was asked the answer was: "and reduced to 0 after everything else is factored in." Just checking if this would be the proverbial exception to the rule.

1. Yes.

 

2. Ordinarily, no. If they’re bought specifically to do so, the GM can allow it in his discretion.

 

3. The OCV Checklist on 5ER 372 applies unless the GM prefers otherwise.
