atlascott
I know that if you have any resistant defense at all, then all of your PD counts against the STUN of the killing attack. Does it also do so against BODY? Does this hold even in Fantasy Hero? Does that mean that a guy with PD 5 but leather armor with rPD of 3 Has as much rPD in effect as a guy with PD3 and chainmail rPD5? Thanks, just drawing a blank here. ghost-angel
Re: What's the rule? In order: no. yes. no. If you have rPD and are blocking an incoming Killing Attack you apply your rPD vs the BODY and your rPD+PD vs the STUN. So the guy with 5PD and 3rPD Leather will block up to 3 Killing Body and 8 Killing STUN. The guy with 3PD and 5rPD will block up to 5 Killing Body and 8 Killing STUN. Cosmosemeritus
Re: What's the rule? The normal PD (assuming that the character has any resistant PD) would only count towards the STUN not the Body damage. So the 5PD character with 3rPD armor would subtract 3 from the BODY damage and 8 from the STUN damage of a killing attack, while the 3PD character with 5rPD armor would subtract 5 from the BODY and 8 from the STUN
