I am very happy with the Hero system, but it can be difficult sometimes creating powers. This book provides a ton of superpowers to use, and gives some excellent ideas for other powers. It also helps illustrate how to build just about any power I want. This has helped my enjoyment of Champions a ton, and helped the less experienced members of our group be able to make the character they want (rather that having to have the more experienced players hold our hand the whole way). Thanks also to the people contributing powers to the online version of the USPD. I think it is very neat that the folks at DOJ allow the expansion of their book online for even more powers.
