Shike019
Since Toula Morn and the Celtic Bestiary aren't due out for a while, I am asking for some help with possible PC races in a Psuedo Celtic campaign Setting (check out Abra Dar at my Homepage). any help would be great. Currently I decided to use the Tolkien inspired Elves, Half Elves, and Humans, though elves aren't immortal. I've also added in Halflings (semistandard from D&D) though I've made some modifications based on the world and my own research. But after that I'm stumped. I would be greatful for any possible help. Erkenfresh
Re: Celtic PC's I made up a few race names for my campaign using a Gaelic dictionary. http://www.ceantar.org/Dicts/MF2/index.html Glong are for Lizardmen Gigean are like halflings Artan are like dwarves Magarla are like giants Kaz are catmen Fireun are birdmen Elves, well they never existed And of course Humans. Can't leave those suckers out.
Curufea
Re: Celtic PC's Which reminds me, I used an early anglo-saxon online dictionary for the language of one of my Western Shores cultures - the resource could be handy for you as well... http://dontgohere.nu/oe/as-bt/index.htm http://www.alphadictionary.com/directory/Languages/Celtic/ http://www.gallica.co.uk/celts/glossary.htm
