If using Enter the Speed Zone with the basic power, acording to the chart on p.257 the speedster remains in the Speed zone for an Extra Phase, and may take one Phase worth of actions. If using Quick Entry to enter the zone as a Zero Phase action, does he receive One or Two Phases worth of actions?
