There's a major power in HALO which is held by the Flood - that power is the ability to transform just about anything into the Flood. I can put a gabillion dice in it, that'll work. I can also build it as a ... Continuous/Gradual thingy. The important thing here is to build the power at least in part as an NND - the only defense is a personal air support or other microbial filtration system. This has been stumping me pretty heavily. Either the built is slightly too advanced for me (har) or I just can't get the right feel for it. I'm now opening the floor for suggestions.
