Silbeg
I am a little confused (what's new) about what the effect of an AE LS would be if UBO or UAA is not applied. Example power: Bubble of Air LS: Self-Contained Breathing, 1Hex AE (assume there are some "interesting" limitations on this to make it a telekinetic bubble) This leads to the following questions: With the power, as written, will the character be able to grant LS (within his bubble) to others? Is there an adder (similar to "Affects Porous") that would allow a telekinetic to "grab" a quantity of air? If there is such an adder, how long can an individual breath for per BODY of air? Thanks! Steve Long
Re: AE Life Support 1. Yes, see FH 125. 2-3. Affects Porous plus Area of Effect for Telekinesis can affect air and such; see USPD 12. I leave it up to individual GMs how much air is involved; I'm not going to start making up rules for things like that until maybe I write UEP.
