Steve Long Posted September 27, 2006 Report Share Posted September 27, 2006 Re: HRRP Transmit Well, the description of the Power specifically states that someone who has it can transmit, and it specifically lists "television" as one of the bands involved, so by any fair and logical reading the answer is Yes.
