Naked Ranged and MultiPowers

I've dug through the FAQ but didn't see this:

 

A hacker character has a Naked Advantage (Ranged) to use some of his hacking abilities through WiFi and networks. Some of these abilities are located in a MultiPower. The Reserve on the MP is 42 AP and 14 RP. Each slot is 1 RP. The MP will have the highest AP cost of all the powers the Naked Advantage will modify.

 

Is the Naked Advantage based upon the 42 AP in the Reserve or 43 (42 for Reserve and 1 for Slot) or something else entirely?

Per 5ER 245, generally characters cannot buy Naked Advantages that can apply to multiple slots in a Power Framework. Assuming the GM allowed this anyway, the cost depends on the Active Points in the largest slot that can be affected.
